⚠️ please note that orders that contains perishables such as meat, cheese, and broths should have a freezer bag in your order. If for whatever reason you choose to not include a freezer bag with your order it is not the shop’s responsibility to replace products that may spoil (drivers route can take 0-6 hours) it is best to keep things nice and cold in transit. **If you forgot to include a bag in your cart, you may manually buy a bag by sending an e transfer to allen@hotro.ca and in the message box just mention
" your order number - freezer bag “
so that he knows who’s payment this is for. It will still be refundable as you will use the pick up listing to return the bags for credits.

You can add our retrieval fee to your cart ($2.50 to pick up and clean the bags) with your next order once you have accumulated 3 or more bags.
