A cooked-curd bloomy-rind cheese, ripened a minimum of 21 days. Frisky is named after the first “Momma Goat” back in the ’80’s, who shared the same name.
Ripened with a fine layer of ash under a bloomy rind.
Pasteurized Whole Goat Milk, *(Ash), *[Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Black Pepper], Salt, Microbial Enzyme (rennet), Bacterial Cultures, Penicillium Candidum.
Order by 10pm and your product will ship next day before 3pm, or be ready for pickup at that time. No orders will be available for shipment or pickup on weekends and holidays. Store credit will be applied if an item is not in stock.
