A cooked-curd bloomy-rind cheese, ripened a minimum of 21 days. Frisky is named after the first “Momma Goat” back in the ’80’s, who shared the same name.
Ripened with a fine layer of ash under a bloomy rind.
Pasteurized Whole Goat Milk, *(Ash), *[Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Black Pepper], Salt, Microbial Enzyme (rennet), Bacterial Cultures, Penicillium Candidum.
For all orders placed before 12pm, we will attempt to deliver your order (or have it ready for pickup if you prefer) the next business day. No orders will be available for shipment or pickup on weekends and holidays. If we cannot source one or more of your items we will contact you to offer alternatives. Store credit or a refund will be applied if you do not wish to take one of our alternative suggestions.
