Spanish Iberico Sheeps Milk Cheese
Made in La Mancha (in Spain), Iberico cheese is well-balanced and full of flavor with a mild sharpness, it pairs well with stone fruit or membrillo (quince jam). Queso Iberico is made from a mixture of cow's, sheep's, and goat's milk. Depending on the time of year, varying amounts of milk from each animal is used to blend the perfect balance of flavours. Only the cheese maker knows what blend is required, and that skill is used year round to make this fabulous cheese.
For all orders placed before 12pm, we will attempt to deliver your order (or have it ready for pickup if you prefer) the next business day. No orders will be available for shipment or pickup on weekends and holidays. If we cannot source one or more of your items we will contact you to offer alternatives.
