- 22% certified organic ingredients (78% clay)
- Anti-inflammatory rose and stimulating ginger even skin tone and texture, and boost radiance
- Antioxidant matcha helps to heal sun damage and reduce the appearance of wrinkles
- Dry powder form extends shelf life
- Can be used as an exfoliator and a mask
Mix 2tsp mask with 1tsp water or flower water to form a loose paste. Leave for 2 minutes for rose petals to soften.
As a mask – apply in circular motion all over face and neck, avoiding eye area, leave until dry. Soften with cool water and remove with a cloth.
Note: the ginger gives a warming effect on the skin that is felt mostly as you remove the mask. For very sensitive skins I recommend leaving the mask for only 1 minute or using it as an exfoliator only.
As an exfoliator – massage all over face and neck, avoiding eye area, in a circular motion. Rinse with cool water.
Follow with flower water and a moisturizer or serum.

Are all clays the same?
No way! Every type of clay is different. They are characterized by their mineral content and by the size of their particles. Kaolin (in my Rose & Ginger Mask) has large particles which means it draws slowly and is less absorbent than Rhassoul clay (in my Lavender & White Willow Mask) which has very small particles. This makes the kaolin better suited to dry and sensitive skin as it does not draw out so much moisture, and rhassoul better for oily and combination skin as it is more absorbent.
