Irish bacon is traditionally made from the back of the pig as opposed to the pork belly commonly used in American bacon. In this sense it is more similar to Canadian bacon; both Canadian and Irish bacon are referred to as back bacon but the Irish variety has more fat and often cut into a round shape.

For all orders placed before 12pm, we will attempt to deliver your order (or have it ready for pickup if you prefer) the next business day. Most orders will be available for pickup on weekends and holidays if the order is placed before MIDNIGHT on Thursdays. If we cannot source one or more of your items we will contact you to offer alternatives. Store credit or a refund will be applied if you do not wish to take one of our alternative suggestions.
