Blue Capri was made for the first time back in 2003 for McKlennan Creek Dairy. In 2004 it won a :Best in Show" at the ADGA. McKlennan Creek Dairy is lost in time but I still continue making Blue Capri to this day.
A Salty, Almost Fudgy Blue with a sweetness that lingers on the tongue.
Pasteurized Whole Goat Milk, Salt, Microbial Enzyme (rennet), Bacterial Cultures.
For all orders placed before 12pm, we will attempt to deliver your order (or have it ready for pickup if you prefer) the next business day.
