Named after a local mountain and aged for a minimum of one year, this cheese boasts a complex, rich flavour, a sharp start and creamy finish.
Made locally in BC on Vancouver Island by Little Qualicum Cheesworks.
Nestled in the cool, moist climate of Vancouver Island in the shadow of Mt. Arrowsmith, Little Qualicum Cheeseworks uses the highest quality milk from their own Holstein, Brown Swiss and Canadienne dairy cows, to produce a selection of handcrafted cheeses.
For all orders placed before 12pm, we will attempt to deliver your order (or have it ready for pickup if you prefer) the next business day. No orders will be available for shipment or pickup on weekends and holidays. If we cannot source one or more of your items we will contact you to offer alternatives. Store credit or a refund will be applied if you do not wish to take one of our alternative suggestions.
