For pick up orders. If your order does not contain a bag we will no longer be supplying bags please bring a bag or box to pick up your order. A freezer bag for pick up is not mandatory but can help keep your order cold for the journey home  

Good for up to 30lbs of products. Can be reused as many times as you want. Keeps things frozen up to 2 days.

Approximately 1.5ft x1.5ft

⚠️ please note that orders that contains perishables such as meat, cheese, and broths should have a freezer bag in your order. If for whatever reason you choose to not include a freezer bag with your order it is not the shop’s responsibility to replace products that may spoil (drivers route can take 0-6 hours) it is best to keep things nice and cold in transit.  
**If you forgot to include a bag in your cart, you may manually buy a bag by sending an e transfer to allen@hotro.ca and in the message box just mention

" your order number - freezer bag “

so that he knows who’s payment this is for. It will still be refundable as you will use the pick up listing to return the bags for credits.

💥 the $5.00 deposits are refundable.

Please save and collect 3-10 bags before returning.

You can add our retrieval fee to your cart ($2.50 to pick up and clean the bags) with your next order once you have accumulated 3 or more bags.

Deposit will be credited to you in the form of a discount code for you to use at your convenience.
