Our 100% grass fed veal broth comes in a 650mL pouch that is usually frozen and is prepared by our kitchen team just for you.

These are 100 mile diet friendly animals. They have been fully pastured for their lifetime and are ethically raised throughout. Slaughter occurs one day after the animals arrive, so they are rested and not stressed from travel. The resulting stock is more flavourful and nutritious as a result. The animals are 11 months old when slaughtered and do not undergo any harmful practices, and are purely grass fed young cows culled 9 months before older (beef) cows.

Ingredients:

Essence of 100% grass fed veal bones, organic tomatoes, organic leeks, organic carrots, organic onions, organic celery, bay leaves, organic thyme, black peppercorns.

The farm source of the grass fed beef bones follows traditional organic practices.

The Vancouver store is temporarily closed due to the City of Vancouver issuing an "Unsafe to Occupy" notice to all businesses located in our building. We anticipate another four weeks of closure. In the meantime we are packing and delivering all online orders for free, if you are in the Lower Mainland, and with a minimum $50 purchase.

please place your order as normal. We will typically deliver on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, but with the store closure we are adding additional times for deliveries. We may also be able to offer some pickup options, and will communicate this to you if and when it is available. Please be patient with us as we are trying our best to accommodate all orders.
