White Wine Dijon Mustard (Hot) Ingredients:
Yellow mustard seeds, brown mustard seeds, filtered water, white wine vinegar, white wine, salt.
Pairings: White wine mustard goes well with meats, cheeses, salads, soups, & sauces. it can also be used as a marinade or a glaze for roasts and grilled foods. For drinks, pair with white wines, sparkling wines, and ciders.
Ballpark Mustard Ingredients:
Yellow mustard seeds, filtered water, organic distilled white vinegar, organic apple cider vinegar, organic turmeric, organic paprika, salt.
Pairings: Yellow mustard is mild & tangy. It goes well with any of our Mad Brit Sausages roast beef, pies, hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches, pretzels, and potato salad. You can also use it as a base for sauces and dressings. For drinks, yellow mustard pairs well with light beers and lemonades.
Pale Ale Mustard Ingredients:
Yellow mustard seeds, brown mustard seeds, filtered water, beer (malted Barley, wheat, hops, water, yeast.), organic apple cider vinegar, salt.
Pairings: It goes well with sausages such as the Mad Brit Chicken Wild Mushroom and IPA, ham, cheese boards, salads and sandwiches. You can also use it as a dip or a spread for breads and crackers. For drinks, whole grain mustard pairs well with red wines and dark beers.
Cider Mustard Ingredients:
Yellow mustard seeds, brown mustard seeds, filtered water, hard apple cider, apple cider vinegar, salt.
Pairings: (Perfect Pairing:) Mad Brit Chicken Apple Cider Mustard Sausage, Brie, Gorgonzola, Roasted Vegetables with cider mustard cream sauce, chicken dishes, pork tenderloin, glazed duck.
Red Wine Tarragon Mustard Ingredients:
Yellow mustard seeds, brown mustard seeds, filtered water, red wine, red wine vinegar, tarragon, salt.
Pairings: (Perfect Pairing:) Whole Roast Chicken with herbs, asparagus, ceder plank salmon, roast potatoes, celeriac steaks, shrimp with creole sauce, green bean salad.
