Bone Broth Cleanse Instructions
Welcome to your 10-day bone broth cleanse! You have already taken your first step toward a healthier gut and stronger immune system. Plus, this is great for your hair, skin and nails and most importantly it’s great for your joints and bones.
Here is how to manage your daily meals;
Day 1-10 Breakfast: Have one cup of broth, heated. Add salt for flavour.
Day 1-10 Lunch: Have two cups of broth, heated. Add salt for flavour. Add a medium sized plate of raw vegetables. Preferably ones such as cucumber, avocado, spinach, tomato, bell peppers, broccoli, celery, or wild greens. Romaine or iceberg lettuce is also acceptable with extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
Day 1-10 Dinner: Enjoy a meal of your choice. Choose a protein such as chicken or turkey breast, fish, or pork. Try and steer away from red meat. Do not make any cream sauces but sauce from the juices of the protein is fine. Have some mixed steamed vegetables such as bok choy, cabbage, collard greens, kale, broccoli, spinach.
It is acceptable to have small amounts of tea or coffee. Avoid cream or sugar in either. You can also switch dinner and lunch plans if this is more convenient for you. Be sure to complete the 10 days to see the full effects of the cleanse.
