Home & Office Delivery or Store Pickup

Home and office delivery (Wednesday/Thursday and Friday), to Vancouver, North & West Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam.

If you are not sure if you will be home for our delivery, or know you won't be, we require a freezer bag purchase to ensure your product is stored safely. There is a $7.50 fee for the re-usable bag.

Delivery & Fee Schedule:

Monday - No deliveries

Tuesday - no deliveries

Wednesday - deliveries will be made between 8-3pm

Thursday - - deliveries will be made between 8-3pm

Friday - - deliveries will be made between 8-3pm

Saturday - no deliveries

Sunday - no deliveries

We deliver within 20km radius with minimum $100 order;
Spend $99.99 or less - $19.99 delivery charge
Spend $100 and over - Free delivery

Delivery Protocol:

When you are not home to receive your order we will do one of the following:

1. Call you and try to see if we can leave the package somewhere on site. We will take a photo and send to you as proof of delivery.

2. If you are not home and have not given us permission to leave at your door (or with a concierge, if you have one), we will a) return your order to our store where you can arrange a pickup within the next 48 business hours, or, b) Have a re-delivery attempt for a $10 fee.

3. If you do not contact us and we have to return all items, you will be charged a $10 re-stocking fee.

No minimum for pick up. For pick up please allow 2-3 business days for us to source fresh product. Sometimes same day pick up is available please contact store if you need it sooner we will do our best to accommodate if we are able to do so.

*It may take an additional 2-7 business days if we are out of stock for an item.

If you live in an apartment building you will need to leave instructions for our drivers in the order comments (such as buzzer number, leaving product with a neighbour or concierge).

I placed an online order and want to pick it up, where do I go?

If you live in Metro Vancouver we will deliver your order.

If you live on the Sunshine Coast you can collect your order from our retail store at 6-851 Gibsons Way, Gibsons BC V0N 1V7). We offer daily store pickup for your online orders (excluding Mondays), you can collect them 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please ensure you have received your “ready to pick up” email before coming to the store, otherwise it is not ready for pick up.

Free parking is available in our car park. There are around 30 available spots.
