All of our gourmet sausages are made locally. They are all antibiotic and hormone free. They contain no fillers such as breadcrumbs or rusks (with the exception of the British Banger which calls for breadcrumbs as a traditional recipe ingredient), just meat and other wholesome ingredients. No artificial nitrates are added. They are made adhering to traditional techniques using the best local ingredients in BC. All recipes created by our Chef, Allen Ingram.
