We take a $50 deposit for the hams.
Hams are approximately 5lbs to 8lbs each and will easily feed 10-12 people. This pastured pork is the best BC has to offer, and represents real value at $7.68lb.
These are pre-cooked so simply heat and serve.
Chef Allen tip: Why not try your bone-in hams with a mustard, horseradish and maple glaze?
