Rack of Lamb (Local BC Farm)

Our grass fed racks of lamb range in size between 1.5lbs and 2lbs in weight. They offer the best of our locally sourced lamb.

These are 100 mile diet friendly animals. They have been pastured for their lifetime and are ethically raised throughout.

Slaughter occurs one day after the animals arrive, so they are rested and not stressed from travel.

The resulting meat is more flavourful and nutritious.

PRICING IS FOR BY THE RACK (each rack typically has 7-8 pieces of chops)
