Delivery App Glitch and Fix

Some customers have been experiencing a glitch when placing orders recently. A bug in the Shopify Delivery software was causing some postal codes to fail in the system. This meant that it looked like we weren’t able to deliver to their address. Most nearly all of those customers were in a normal delivery zone that should have been fine to get their order through.

We have just finished installing a new delivery app (called Bird), on our platform. When you place an order, you will now also see a new box called "Delivery Note". Should you need to pass on any instructions to us, this is the place to do it.

We will be continuing to test this today, but all orders are now showing as valid for delivery in the usual areas, as they should. If you experience any issues please email us.
