Kaslo Sourdough Pasta is crafted in the Kootenays, BC using traditional long-fermentation sourdough methods. The slow fermentation process breaks down gluten and phytic acid, making these pastas easier to digest than conventional pasta — with a richer, more complex flavour to match.
