We ran an internal audit on our costs associated with deliveries, and on average a delivery costs us between $20-$30 per order. This includes printing new orders, ordering food products where necessary, collecting those products from suppliers, packing and storing those products, and finally calling to arrange a drop time, and then driving to each destination and delivering (and hopefully folks are home, otherwise there is another $20 cost). With this in mind, we have to update the delivery model, so we can be better cost efficient. New minimum order value will be $100, up from $50. Orders between $100 and $150 will have a $6.99 fee, and orders above $150 will be free delivery. We hope you understand and appreciate the rationale for this update, and continue to shop with us.
