- 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 tbsp sour cream or coconut yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Blend avocado crema ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
