Délice de Bourgogne is a luxurious French, soft-ripened, triple-cream cheese from the Burgundy region, known for its exceptionally rich, buttery, and smooth texture with a bright white interior and a delicate bloomy rind. It has a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth consistency and offers a rich flavour profile with notes of butter, cream, and mushroom, sometimes complemented by a slight tang. It is utterly decadent and delicious, and without a doubt one of my favourite cheeses on the planet.
