Ingredients: Turkey breast, pork, porcini mushroom, mixed wild mushrooms, cranberries, sea salt, black pepper, onion powder, sage, sodium erythorbate, mace, ginger.
How to cook them:
Pan-fry on medium heat for 12–15 minutes turning regularly, or grill for 15–18 minutes. Serve with roasted root vegetables and cranberry sauce, or crumble out of the casing and use as a stuffing mix for your holiday turkey. Also excellent with a creamy mushroom sauce and egg noodles.
