Ingredients: Pork, cheddar cheese (milk, salt, rennet, starter bacterial culture), sea salt, jalapeños, black pepper, marjoram, cayenne pepper, sodium erythorbate, mace, ginger.
How to cook them:
Pan-fry on medium heat for 12–15 minutes turning regularly, or grill for 15–18 minutes. Serve in a toasted bun with mustard and sauerkraut, or alongside grilled onions and a cold beer. Also excellent with cheddar mash and green beans.
