Ingredients: Pork, 3-year aged cheddar (pasteurized milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme), Marmite (yeast extract — contains barley, wheat, oat, rye, vegetable juice, vitamins, celery and natural flavouring), sea salt, white pepper, minced onion, sodium erythorbate, phosphate, ground coriander, thyme, mace, basil, cardamom.
How to cook them:
Pan-fry on medium heat for 12–15 minutes turning regularly, or grill for 15–18 minutes. Serve with buttered toast soldiers, baked beans, and a fried egg for the ultimate British breakfast. Also excellent with cheddar mash and caramelised onions.
