Ingredients: Chicken, pork, sea salt, black pepper, phosphate, sodium erythorbate, garlic, mint, fennel seeds, ground cumin, ground coriander, parsley.
How to cook them:
Pan-fry on medium heat for 12–15 minutes turning regularly, or grill for 15–18 minutes. Excellent on their own, sliced into soups, tossed through salads, or added to a stir-fry. Pairs beautifully with tzatziki, hummus, or a simple tomato salad.
