Ingredients: Pork, marmalade (orange and orange rind, organic cane sugar, lemon juice), sea salt, white pepper, paprika, phosphate, sodium erythorbate, thyme, fennel seeds, mace.
How to cook them:
Pan-fry on medium heat for 12–15 minutes turning regularly, or grill for 15–18 minutes. Excellent on their own, or try in a stir-fry with mixed bell peppers, rice, and sweet chili sauce. The orange notes pair beautifully with duck or pork dishes.
