Ingredients: Pork, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, cheese cultures, rennet), dried apples (treated with ascorbic acid and calcium chloride), sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, caraway seed, sodium erythorbate, ground nutmeg, marjoram, dried ginger.
How to cook them:
Pan-fry on medium heat for 12–15 minutes turning regularly, or grill for 15–18 minutes. Perfect with a glass of good white wine or a cold beer — sparkling apple juice for the kids. Serve with roasted potatoes and a green salad.
