This classic french dish combines a hearty stew flavour, with a soft and succulent beef through a long cooking process (8 hours on low braise). Enhanced with french good quality red wine, beer and VSOP Cognac.
ingredients: Bradner Farms certified organic grass fed beef stew, chicken broth, beef broth, carrots, red wine, IPA beer, brandy, gluten free flour blend, pickled pearl onions, cremini mushrooms, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, thyme, bay leaves, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
