Slow-poached in duck fat at low temperature until impossibly tender — our Fraser Valley Duck Confit is a ready-to-finish masterpiece. Each pack contains 1 leg and 1 attached thigh, approx 140–150g. Just simple ingredients: free-range duck, duck fat, bay leaf, black peppercorns, sea salt.

How to finish it:
