How to cook them:
Sear on all sides, then braise in red wine, tomatoes, and aromatics at 325°F for 2.5–3 hours. Also excellent in an instant pot (50 minutes) or slow cooker (8 hours on low). Serve over creamy mashed potatoes or risotto.
