The classic celebration roast — our local BC grass-fed semi-boneless leg of lamb is ethically raised, fully pastured for life, and humanely handled. Weighs roughly 2.5–4lbs. The farm follows traditional organic practices. $58 deposit covers a 2.5lb roast; any overages fully refunded.

How to cook it:
Stud with garlic, rub with rosemary, olive oil, and lemon zest. Roast at 325°F for 20–25 minutes per pound to medium-rare (135°F internal). Rest 20 minutes before carving. Serve with roasted vegetables and a red wine jus.
