Ingredients: Chicken, pork, wild mushrooms, IPA beer (barley, hops, malt, water), sea salt, white pepper, sodium erythorbate, parsley, phosphate, rosemary, tarragon.
How to cook them:
Pan-fry on medium heat for 12–15 minutes turning regularly, or grill for 15–18 minutes. Crack open a cold IPA and serve with mustard, sauerkraut, or grilled onions. Pairs perfectly with a Persephone Brewery pint.
