Ingredients: Pork, nitrate-free bacon (pork, salt, spices, sugar, cultured celery extract), red wine, sea salt, black pepper, parsley, garlic, sodium erythorbate, phosphate.
How to cook them:
Pan-fry on medium heat for 12–15 minutes turning regularly, or grill for 15–18 minutes. Serve with a glass of Côtes du Rhône, cassoulet-style white beans, or simply with Dijon mustard and a crusty baguette.
