Ingredients: Local BC pork, onion, bacon, apple, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, sodium erythorbate.
How to cook them:
Pan-fry on medium heat for 12–15 minutes turning regularly, or grill for 15–18 minutes. Serve with apple sauce, roasted root vegetables, or a sharp cheddar and mustard mash. Also excellent sliced cold in a sandwich.
