The Sunday Roast
Nothing beats a whole roast chicken — and ours comes from Bradner Farms or Rossdown Farms, certified organic, free-range, and raised without hormones or antibiotics right here in BC. Weight ranges 2.8–4.5lbs. A $40 deposit is collected at time of order; final price adjusted to actual weight.

How to cook it:
Pat dry, season generously inside and out, roast at 425°F for 15 minutes then reduce to 375°F until internal temp reaches 165°F. Rest 15 minutes before carving. Save the carcass for broth.
