A bold whole grain mustard brewed with craft IPA — yellow and brown mustard seeds soaked for 48 hours in a local IPA, then blended with raw wildflower honey, Canadian maple syrup, and raw ACV. Rustic, complex, and deeply satisfying. Part of the Mad Brit Mustards lineup, made in Gibsons BC.

How to use it:
Outstanding on a charcuterie board alongside Mad Brit sausages and aged cheddar. Brilliant in a beer-braised sausage dish, as a glaze for pork ribs, or spread thick on a steak sandwich.
