Ingredients: Chicken breast, pork, hard cider, bacon, mustard (mustard seeds, water, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, spices), sea salt, white pepper, parsley, phosphate, sodium erythorbate.
How to cook them:
Pan-fry on medium heat for 12–15 minutes turning regularly, or grill for 15–18 minutes. Serve with cider-poached apples, mustard mash, and broccoli, or alongside an apple and blue cheese salad.
