How to Cook Lumina Boneless Leg of Lamb
- Bring to room temperature — remove from fridge 45–60 minutes before cooking
- Season generously — rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, and olive oil are classic; or keep it simple with salt and pepper to let the flavour shine
- Roasting (rolled): 180°C / 350°F — approx. 25 minutes per 500g for medium. Rest 15–20 minutes before carving
- BBQ (unrolled flat): High heat, 6–8 minutes per side, then rest. Finish with a squeeze of lemon
- Slow cook: 6–8 hours on low with stock, garlic, and herbs for fall-apart results
- Target internal temp: 60°C / 140°F for medium-rare · 65°C / 150°F for medium

Lumina's unique genetics and chicory-clover finishing diet produce a lamb that is leaner than conventional breeds yet richer in omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).
