Ingredients: BC pork, bread crumbs, sea salt, black and white pepper, ginger, nutmeg, phosphate, sodium erythorbate.
How to cook them:
Pan-fry on medium heat for 12–15 minutes turning regularly, or grill for 15–18 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes, caramelized onion gravy, and a pint — the classic British bangers and mash. Also excellent as a full English breakfast sausage.
