A fiery, fermented mustard made with yellow and brown mustard seeds soaked in raw ACV, then blended with raw honey, Calabrian chili flakes, and cayenne. Bold heat, natural sweetness, and real depth. Part of the Mad Brit Mustards lineup, made in Gibsons BC.

Ingredients: Yellow mustard seeds, brown mustard seeds, raw apple cider vinegar, filtered water, raw honey, dried Calabrian chili flakes, cayenne, sea salt, turmeric, ginger.

How to use it:
Incredible on a fried chicken sandwich, as a glaze for grilled pork or salmon, or drizzled over a charcuterie board. Stir into mayo for a killer dipping sauce or spread on a hot dog for serious heat.
