Ingredients: Lamb, spices, salt, garlic powder, lamb casing.
How to cook them:
Grill on high heat for 8–10 minutes turning regularly — the natural casing chars beautifully. Also excellent pan-fried or baked. Serve with couscous, harissa, flatbreads, and a cooling yoghurt sauce. Classic with eggs in a shakshuka-style dish.
