Ingredients: Pork, red wine, parsley, garlic, paprika, sea salt, black pepper, fennel seeds, sodium erythorbate, cayenne pepper, oregano, nutmeg.
How to cook them:
Pan-fry on medium heat for 12–15 minutes turning regularly, or grill for 15–18 minutes. Remove from casing and crumble into a bolognese, arrabbiata, or pizza sauce. Also excellent whole with polenta and roasted peppers.
