Enough for two with side veggies or just one on its own. This meal is stuffed with local grass fed lamb and grass fed beef, which are then sautéed with our own lamb bone broth, onions, sea salt and black pepper.
Cooking Instructions from frozen. Preheat oven to 350F and cook for 30-40 minutes until cooked through (beef is 160F - 71C). Ovens vary in temperature.

We use local Shaw Farm lamb.
We use Blue Goose certified organic grass fed beef in this recipe.
