The same obsessive attention to ingredients that built Mad Brit Sausages now applied to mustard. Four distinct varieties, all made in-house in Gibsons BC using raw apple cider vinegar, raw honey, and whole or ground mustard seeds. No shortcuts, no preservatives, no refined sugar.
What makes Mad Brit Mustards different?
Every variety is naturally fermented — using raw ACV, sauerkraut brine, or a 48-hour beer soak to develop real depth of flavour. Sweetened with raw wildflower honey or Canadian maple syrup. Turmeric, ginger, and house spice blends in every jar.
